[Case Study] Streamlining Purchasing Operations Significantly Reduces the Number of Purchasing Staff <Trading Company>

A case that achieved the efficiency of purchasing operations and cost reduction while also contributing to SDGs compliance!

We would like to introduce a case where our product "Benri Net" was implemented at Solekia Co., Ltd. The company had been using an inefficient method for many years, purchasing from different suppliers for each department and having personnel at various locations handle expense accounting, invoice matching, and payments. After the implementation, by consolidating the necessary quantities and placing bulk orders, they were able to reduce both inventory and purchasing costs, and the number of purchasing personnel was reduced from 16 to just 2, eliminating redundant tasks. [Challenges] - Purchases were made in a decentralized manner across various locations, involving 32 suppliers and 16 purchasing personnel. - An inefficient method had been in place for many years. *For more details about the case, please refer to the related link. Feel free to contact us for more information.
